Step 2: Choose ONE focus area:

Step 3: Ask Averi: "What's realistic in 30 days? Set my North Star metric target and 3 supporting metrics."
Step 4: Ask: "Create my constraint-aware strategy. I have [X hours/week, $Y budget, Z team]. What gives highest ROI?"
Phase 2: Build 30-Day Roadmap (Day 1 - 30 min)
Step 5: Open Create Mode → Ask: "Design my roadmap: Week 1 (Test - run 3 experiments), Week 2 (Scale - 3x winners), Week 3 (Optimize - improve efficiency), Week 4 (Systematize - build playbooks). For each week: objectives, activities, metrics."
Step 6: Ask: "Create daily checklists: Morning (strategic - 1hr), Afternoon (execution - 2hrs), Evening (measure - 30min)."
Step 7: Save roadmap → Asset Management → Folder: "30-Day Growth Plan"
Phase 3: Week 1 - Test (Days 2-8)
Step 8: Ask Averi: "Design 3 experiments: Experiment 1: [new channel, $X budget], Experiment 2: [conversion test, Y hours], Experiment 3: [retention tactic]. Define: hypothesis, success criteria, measurement."

Step 12: End-of-week: "Week 1 results. What worked? What to scale? What to kill?"
Phase 4: Week 2 - Scale (Days 9-15)
Step 13: Ask: "Scale Week 1 winner with 3x resources. How? More budget? More creative? Expand targeting?"
Step 14: Generate scale-up assets in Create Mode (10 more ad variations, 5 content pieces, etc.)
Step 15: Layer complementary tactics: "What's the natural next move? If ads worked → retargeting + landing page optimization. If content worked → SEO + newsletter."
Step 16: End-of-week: "Did scaling maintain efficiency? Cumulative progress vs. goal?"
Phase 5: Week 3 - Optimize (Days 16-22)
Step 17: Ask: "Where are inefficiencies? Analyze: CAC by channel, conversion rates, drop-off points."
Step 18: Build optimizations in Create Mode based on constraint:
Budget-limited → organic tactics, improve conversion
Creative fatigue → 20 new variations
Conversion-limited → redesign landing pages
Capacity-limited → automation, self-serve
Step 19: Run A/B tests on optimizations throughout the week
Step 20: End-of-week: "Did optimizations improve efficiency? New baseline? On track?"
Phase 6: Week 4 - Systematize (Days 23-30)
Step 21: Ask: "Design sustainable growth loops and create playbooks for: winning acquisition tactics, conversion optimization, retention strategies, scaling without breaking."
Step 22: Document in Create Mode: SOPs, creative templates, targeting frameworks, measurement dashboards
Step 23: Ask: "What can we automate? Email sequences, social posting, reports, lead routing?"
Step 24: Create testing calendar for next 60 days
Step 25: End-of-month review: "30-day results: Goal achieved? Biggest wins? Learnings? Next 30-day focus?"
Phase 7: Measure Daily/Weekly (Ongoing)
Step 26: Build dashboard with Averi: "Track: North Star metric, leading indicators, channel performance, experiment results, weekly trends."
Step 27: Daily 15-min: "Yesterday's metrics vs. targets. Red flags? What needs attention?"
Step 28: Weekly deep dive: "Goal progress, what worked, what didn't, key learnings, this week's top 3 priorities."
Step 29: Save learnings → Asset Management
