Phase 1: Define Your Thought Leadership Strategy (20 min)
Step 1: Open Averi AI and ask: "Help me develop a thought leadership strategy. I want to establish authority in: [topic/industry]. My audience: [describe]. My unique perspective: [what makes your view different]."
Step 2: Work with Averi to define:
Your core themes and provocative angles
Topics where you can challenge conventional wisdom
Your unique POV that differentiates you from other voices
Content pillars that support your expertise
Step 3: Ask Averi: "Create a thought leadership content roadmap including: 3 pillar topics, provocative angles for each, and a 90-day publishing calendar."
Phase 2: Create Your Cornerstone Content (2 hours)
Step 4: Open Create Mode → Ask Averi: "Write a thought leadership article on [topic]. Challenge the conventional approach of [common practice]. Include data, examples, and a bold thesis. Add FAQ and TL;DR sections."
Step 5: Review and refine the piece → Ask Averi: "Make this 20% more provocative while staying credible. Strengthen the opening hook and main argument."
Step 6: Save the final article to a Library Folder called "Thought Leadership - [Your Name]"
Step 7: Ask Averi: "Break this article into 15 social posts: 5 hooks, 5 key insights, 5 controversial takes. Include versions for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram."
Step 8: Ask Averi: "Create a 1-page visual summary of the main argument with key statistics and quotable soundbites."
Step 9: Save all assets to your "Thought Leadership - [Your Name]" folder in your Library
Phase 3: Get Expert Polish & Distribution Strategy (30 min)
Step 10: Type /intro → Request: "Match me with a content strategist who specializes in thought leadership."
Step 11: Activate strategist → Share your Averi conversation + cornerstone article + social assets
Step 12: Message: "Review this thought leadership piece. Is the argument sharp enough? Does it challenge the status quo effectively? How can I strengthen my unique POV?"
Step 13: Implement feedback and finalize content
Step 14: Type /intro → Request: "Match me with: ghostwriter for ongoing content, social media strategist, and PR/media relations expert."
Step 15: Activate experts → Share your thought leadership strategy and cornerstone content
Step 16: Brief each expert on their role:
Ghostwriter: Develop 2 articles/month maintaining your voice and POV
Social strategist: Distribute content and engage in relevant conversations
PR expert: Pitch to publications, podcasts, and speaking opportunities
Phase 4: Amplify & Build Momentum (Ongoing)
Step 17: Publish your cornerstone piece on LinkedIn and your blog → Share across all channels
Step 18: Ask Averi: "Monitor responses to my thought leadership content. What themes are resonating? What objections am I getting? What follow-up topics should I cover?"
Step 19: Week 2: Have ghostwriter draft follow-up piece addressing the most common questions/debates

Step 23: Save all content, performance insights, and engagement patterns to Asset Management for continuous improvement
