Phase 1: Build Your Strategy (15 min)
Step 1: Open Averi AI and ask: "Help me build a content marketing strategy. My business is [describe], my audience is [describe], and I want to achieve [goal]."
Step 2: Work with Averi to define:
3-5 content pillars
20-30 topic ideas
Publishing frequency
Step 3: Ask Averi: "Create a 90-day editorial calendar from these topics."
Phase 2: Create Your System (45 min)
Step 4: Open Create Mode → Ask Averi: "Create a content brief template."
Step 5: Review and edit the template → Save to Asset Management > "Content System" folder
Step 6: In Create Mode, ask: "Using this template, create a content brief for [first topic]."
Step 7: Ask Averi: "Write the first draft of this article."
Step 8: Edit the draft directly in Create Mode → Save to Asset Management > "Completed Drafts"
Step 9: Repeat Steps 6-8 for your next 2-3 articles to establish examples
Step 10: In Create Mode, ask: "Create our content style guide including voice, tone, and formatting rules."
Step 11: Edit and save to Asset Management > "Brand Guidelines"
Phase 3: Activate Your Team (10 min)
Step 12: Type /intro in your workspace or go to Expert Marketplace
Step 13: Request: "Match me with a content writer and SEO specialist."
Step 14: Review profiles → Activate your chosen experts
Step 15: Share with activated experts:
Your strategy conversation with Averi (click "Share Conversation")
Your Create Mode templates (click "Share Canvas")
Asset Management "Content System" folder (grant access)
Step 16: Message your experts: "Here's our workflow: I create briefs in Create Mode → you draft articles → SEO specialist optimizes → I approve. Let's start with [X] articles per week."
Phase 4: Scale Production (Ongoing)
Step 17: For each new article:
Create brief in Create Mode
Assign to content writer (share canvas)
Writer drafts in same canvas
SEO specialist optimizes
You approve → Save to Asset Management
Step 18: Monthly, ask Averi: "Analyze our content performance. What should we optimize?"
Step 19: Update your editorial calendar based on what's working
