How to Use Your ICPs

Every marketing decision now has a filter:

  • Creating content? "Which ICP is this for?"

  • Writing ad copy? "Use the messaging framework for [ICP name]"

  • Prioritizing features? "Which ICP needs this most?"

  • Hiring for sales? "Can they speak to all our ICPs?"

Pro Tip: Update your ICPs quarterly as you learn more about customers. Treat this as a living document, not set-it-and-forget-it.
