Step 1: Open Averi AI and ask: "Help me build a complete email marketing system. Current list size: [number]. Business model: [B2B/B2C/SaaS]. Primary goal: [leads/sales/engagement]. What email types and sequences do I need?"

Step 2: Work with Averi to define your email marketing foundation:

  • Email types needed: Welcome series, nurture sequences, promotional campaigns, transactional emails, re-engagement flows

  • Segmentation strategy: Behavioral triggers, demographic segments, engagement levels, purchase history

  • Cadence framework: Welcome (immediate), nurture (every 3-5 days), newsletters (weekly/bi-weekly), promotional (as needed)

  • Success metrics: Open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue per recipient

Step 3: Ask Averi: "Create an email marketing system blueprint including: 5 core sequences, segmentation rules, automation triggers, and a 90-day implementation roadmap."

Step 4: Define your email platform requirements. Ask: "Based on my needs [list size, budget, integration requirements], recommend the best email platform: Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other. Include pros/cons."

Phase 2: Build Core Email Sequences (2 hours)

Step 9: Ask Averi: "Create a 4-email re-engagement sequence for inactive subscribers (60+ days no opens). Include: value reminder, preference center, exclusive content, final win-back offer."

Step 10: Ask Averi: "Write a 2-email post-purchase sequence. Email 1: order confirmation with useful info. Email 2 (5-7 days later): review request with incentive or product care tips."

  • Footer with social links and unsubscribe

Step 15: Ask Averi: "Create a content calendar template for email marketing. Include: send schedule, sequence mapping, content themes by month, promotional calendar, testing schedule."

Step 16: Ask Averi: "Generate 50 email subject line examples across all my sequences that I can adapt. Include A/B test variations."

Step 17: Save all templates and formulas to Library → Folder: "Email System - Templates & Resources"

Phase 4: Build Segmentation & Personalization Strategy (45 min)

Step 18: Ask Averi: "Create a segmentation strategy for my email list. Include segments based on: engagement level (active, lukewarm, cold), customer lifecycle stage (subscriber, lead, customer, advocate), behavior triggers (opened last 3 emails, clicked but didn't buy, purchased in last 30 days), demographic/firmographic data."

Step 19: Ask Averi: "For each segment, define: which sequences they receive, what content themes to prioritize, send frequency, and personalization variables to use."

Step 20: Ask Averi: "Create dynamic content blocks I can use based on segment. Example: different CTAs for subscribers vs customers, location-based offers, product recommendations based on browse history."

Step 21: Document your personalization rules. Ask: "Create a personalization matrix showing: what data points to collect, how to use them in emails, privacy considerations, and progressive profiling strategy."

Step 32: Week 1: Monitor welcome sequence performance daily. Ask Averi: "Analyze my first week of welcome emails. Open rates: [X]%, Click rates: [Y]%, Conversions: [Z]. What should I optimize first?"

Step 33: Week 2-3: Roll out remaining sequences progressively. Monitor for:

  • Deliverability issues (bounce rates, spam complaints)

  • Automation trigger accuracy

  • Unsubscribe rate spikes
