Step 3: Ask Averi: "Create a 90-day organic traffic growth plan prioritizing: MOFU/BOFU content, content refresh strategy, topical authority building, and AI Overviews optimization."

Step 4: Define success metrics beyond just traffic:

  • Target keyword rankings (positions 1-3 for high-intent terms)

  • Conversion rate from organic visitors

  • Pages generating qualified leads

  • Domain authority improvement

Phase 2: Content Audit & Refresh Strategy (2 hours)

Phase 3: Build High-Intent Content Pipeline (3 hours)

Step 10: Ask Averi: "Research 20 high-intent keywords in [your niche]. Focus on: long-tail keywords (69% of traffic comes from these), MOFU/BOFU intent (comparisons, solutions, pricing), AI Overview opportunities, and manageable competition."

Step 13: Ask Averi: "For each article, generate: meta description (155 characters), title tag variations, schema markup JSON (Article, FAQ, HowTo), and internal linking plan."

Step 14: Review all content → Ensure E-E-A-T elements:

  • Author bio with credentials

  • Citations to reputable sources

  • First-hand experience examples

  • Original insights (not AI-generated generic content)

Step 15: Save all new content to Library → Folder: "Traffic Growth - New Content [Month/Year]"

Phase 4: Technical SEO & Site Optimization (1 hour)

Step 16: Ask Averi: "Create a technical SEO checklist for my site. Cover: Core Web Vitals optimization, mobile responsiveness, schema markup implementation, XML sitemap updates, and internal linking architecture."

Step 17: Type /intro → Request: "Match me with an SEO specialist for technical implementation."

Step 18: Activate SEO specialist → Share: "Need help with technical SEO: implement schema markup for all content, optimize site speed (target <2 seconds), fix Core Web Vitals issues, and build internal linking structure for topical authority."

Step 19: Ask specialist to audit and fix:

  • Page load speed (compress images, minify code, enable caching)

  • Mobile UX issues

  • Broken links and 404 errors

  • Duplicate content problems

  • Crawl errors in Search Console

Phase 5: Content Promotion & Link Building (Ongoing)

Step 20: Ask Averi: "Create a content promotion plan for my top 10 articles. Include: social media post templates, email newsletter content, LinkedIn thought leadership angles, and outreach templates for backlink opportunities."

Step 24: Ask your link building expert to target:

  • Domain Authority 40+ sites in your niche

  • Original research citations (create data-driven content worth linking to)

  • Resource page inclusions

  • Broken link replacement opportunities

Phase 6: Monitor, Iterate & Scale (Weekly/Monthly)

Step 25: Set up tracking dashboard with Averi's help. Ask: "Create a traffic monitoring dashboard tracking: organic traffic growth week-over-week, keyword rankings (especially positions 5-20 moving to 1-3), conversion rates from organic visitors, and AI Overview appearances."
