Launch a New Campaign
Phase 1: Define Your Campaign (15 min)
Step 1: Open Averi AI and ask: "Help me plan a marketing campaign. Goal: [product launch/lead gen/awareness]. Target audience: [describe]. Budget: [amount]."
Step 2: Work with Averi to define:
Campaign objective and success metrics
Target audience and pain points
Core campaign message/hook
Channel mix (paid ads, email, social, landing page)
Step 3: Ask Averi: "Create a campaign strategy doc including: messaging framework, timeline, and channel plan."
Phase 2: Build Campaign Assets (1 hour)
Step 4: Open Create Mode → Ask Averi: "Write landing page copy with headline, benefits, social proof, and CTA. Then generate the page JSON."
Step 5: Edit copy → Save both copy and JSON to a Library Folder called "Campaign - [Name]"
Step 6: Ask Averi: "Create 10 ad variations (5 hooks, 2 styles each) for [platform]."
Step 7: Ask Averi: "Create a 5-email campaign sequence: welcome, value, social proof, urgency, final push."
Step 8: Ask Averi: "Create 12 social posts to support this campaign."
Step 9: Review and edit all assets → Save everything to your "Campaign - [Name]" folder in your Library
Phase 3: Get Expert Review & Activate Team (20 min)
Step 10: Type /intro → Request: "Match me with a campaign strategist."
Step 11: Activate strategist → Share your Averi conversation + Create Mode assets + Asset Management folder
Step 12: Message: "Review this campaign. Feedback on messaging, assets, and strategy?"
Step 13: Make revisions based on feedback
Step 14: Type /intro → Request: "Match me with: paid media expert, email marketer, web developer."
Step 15: Activate experts → Share campaign brief and channel-specific assets with each
Step 16: Brief each expert on their role:
Paid media: Launch ads, optimize for [goal]
Email: Set up automation sequence
Web dev: Build landing page from JSON
Phase 4: Launch & Optimize (Ongoing)
Step 17: Confirm launch date with team → Set up tracking dashboard with Averi's help
Step 18: Week 1: Review performance with experts → Identify winning variations
Step 19: Ask Averi weekly: "Based on [performance data], what should we optimize?"
Step 20: Implement optimizations (pause losers, scale winners, create new variations)
Step 21: Save learnings to Asset Management for future campaigns
