Phase 1: Build Launch Strategy (30 min)
Step 1: Open Averi AI and ask: "Help me plan a product launch. Product: [describe]. Launch date: [date]. Target audience: [describe]. Goal: [awareness/signups/sales]."
Step 2: Work with Averi to define:
Launch objectives and success metrics
Pre-launch, launch day, and post-launch phases
Key messaging and positioning
Target channels (email, PR, paid ads, social, blog, etc.)
Step 3: Ask Averi: "Create a complete launch timeline working backward from [launch date]. Include: what to create, when to activate experts, when to publish each asset, and coordination points."
Step 4: Review timeline → Adjust based on your resources and constraints
Step 5: Ask Averi: "Build our messaging hierarchy: main launch narrative, key product benefits, proof points, and how messaging should differ pre-launch vs. launch day vs. post-launch."
Phase 2: Create Launch Assets (2-3 hours)
Step 6: Open Create Mode → Ask Averi: "Write a press release for this product launch including: headline, announcement, product details, quote from leadership, company boilerplate, and media contact info."
Step 7: Edit press release → Save to Asset Management > "Product Launch - [Name]" > "PR Assets"
Step 8: Ask Averi: "Write a launch announcement blog post: hook readers, explain the problem we solve, introduce the product, highlight key features/benefits, include customer quote or early results, and strong CTA."
Step 9: Edit blog post → Save to Asset Management > "Product Launch - [Name]" > "Content"
Step 10: Ask Averi: "Create a 7-email launch sequence: teaser (3 emails building anticipation), launch day announcement, day 2 deep-dive, day 4 social proof, day 7 last chance."
Step 11: Edit email sequence → Save to Asset Management
Step 12: Ask Averi: "Create 20 social posts for launch week across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram: announcement posts, feature highlights, customer quotes, behind-the-scenes, team celebrations."
Step 13: Ask Averi: "Create paid ad copy for launch campaigns: 10 ad variations (5 angles, 2 styles) for Facebook and LinkedIn."
Step 14: Ask Averi: "Create landing page copy for the product launch with compelling headline, key benefits, product screenshots/demo, pricing, FAQs, and signup CTA."
Step 15: Review all assets → Edit for brand voice and accuracy → Save everything to Asset Management > "Product Launch - [Name]"
Step 16: Ask Averi: "Create a launch master brief document summarizing: objectives, timeline, messaging, all assets created, channel strategy, and team responsibilities."
Step 17: Save master brief to Asset Management
Phase 3: Activate Launch Team (20 min)
Step 18: Type /intro → Request: "Match me with: PR specialist, content marketer, paid media expert, social media manager, email marketer."
Step 19: Review profiles → Activate 3-5 experts based on your channel priorities
Step 20: Share with all activated experts:

Step 21: Brief each expert on their role:
PR specialist: "Pitch our press release to target publications. List: [outlets]. Send by [date]. Goal: secure 3-5 pieces of coverage."
Content marketer: "Publish blog post on [date]. Optimize for SEO. Promote across channels."
Paid media expert: "Launch ad campaigns on [platforms]. Budget: [X]. Start 2 days before launch. Optimize for [signups/sales]."
Social media manager: "Schedule these 20 posts across launch week. Engage with comments. Monitor mentions."
Email marketer: "Set up this 7-email sequence. Segment by [criteria]. First email goes [date]."
Step 22: Set coordination schedule: "Daily standup at [time] during launch week. Slack channel: #product-launch for real-time updates."
Phase 4: Execute Launch (Launch Week)
Step 23: T-7 days: PR specialist begins media outreach
