Run a Paid Ads Campaign

Phase 1: Define Campaign Strategy (20 min)

Step 1: Open Averi AI and ask: "Help me plan a paid ads campaign. Goal: [leads/sales/signups]. Product/offer: [describe]. Target audience: [describe]. Budget: [amount]. Timeframe: [duration]."

Step 2: Work with Averi to define:

  • Campaign objective and KPIs (CPA, ROAS, etc.)

  • Target audience and demographics

  • Platform mix (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)

  • Budget allocation across platforms

Step 3: Ask Averi: "What audience targeting strategy will work best? Suggest targeting parameters, lookalikes, and retargeting approach."

Step 4: Ask Averi: "Recommend a creative testing framework. What ad angles, hooks, and formats should we test first?"

Step 5: Confirm strategy: platforms, budget split, audience segments, testing approach

Phase 2: Create Ad Creative (1 hour)

Step 6: Open Create Mode → Ask Averi: "Create 10 ad variations for [platform] testing 5 different hooks with 2 copy styles each. Address these pain points: [list]."

Step 7: Review ad variations → Edit for brand voice and specificity

Step 8: Ask Averi: "For each ad variation, suggest the best image/video concept and include design specifications."

Step 9: Ask Averi: "Write landing page copy that matches our ad messaging: headline, subhead, benefits, social proof, and CTA."

Step 10: Ask Averi: "Generate the landing page JSON."

Step 11: Save all assets to Asset Management > "Paid Ads Campaign - [Name]":

  • All ad copy variations

  • Creative specifications

  • Landing page copy and JSON

  • Audience targeting parameters

Phase 3: Get Setup Recommendations (15 min)

Step 12: Ask Averi: "Create campaign setup recommendations for [platform] including: campaign structure, ad set organization, bidding strategy, daily budget pacing, and conversion tracking requirements."

Step 13: Ask Averi: "Build a testing roadmap. What should we test first? When do we make optimization decisions? What metrics signal we should pause or scale?"

Step 14: Ask Averi: "Create a campaign brief document including: objectives, targeting, creative strategy, budget allocation, setup specs, and optimization playbook."

Step 15: Save campaign brief to Asset Management

Phase 4: Activate Paid Media Expert (10 min)

Step 16: Type /intro → Request: "Match me with a paid media expert experienced in [Facebook/LinkedIn/Google Ads]."

Step 17: Activate expert → Share:

  • Full Averi campaign strategy conversation

  • Create Mode canvas with all ad creative

  • Asset Management "Paid Ads Campaign - [Name]" folder

  • Campaign setup recommendations

Step 18: Message expert: "Launch this campaign using the strategy and creative provided. Platforms: [list]. Budget: [amount]. Set up: conversion tracking, A/B testing for ad variations, landing page integration. Go-live date: [date]. Report performance [daily/weekly]."

Step 19: Expert confirms setup and launch timeline

Phase 5: Launch & Optimize (Ongoing)

Step 20: Expert launches campaign → Confirms tracking and setup are working

Step 21: Day 3 check-in: Review initial performance data

  • Which ads are getting best CTR?

  • Which audiences are engaging?

  • Is CPA within target range?

  • Any technical issues?

Step 22: Ask Averi: "Based on [performance data], what optimizations should we make? Which ads should we pause? What new variations should we test?"

Step 23: In Create Mode, create new ad variations based on winning patterns

Step 24: Share new creative with expert → Implement optimizations:

  • Pause underperforming ads

  • Scale budget to winners

  • Launch new test variations

  • Refine audience targeting

Step 25: Weekly optimization cycle:

  • Review performance with expert

  • Analyze winning patterns

  • Create new variations in Create Mode

  • Test and iterate

Step 26: Ask Averi: "Create a campaign performance report template tracking: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and winning creative patterns."

Step 27: Save performance insights and winning creative to Asset Management for future campaigns
